Positive: A three-star hotel giving a four-star experience. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Looks like it has been recently renovated. Large pool and spa facilities, spotless clean. Very nice and helpful staff. Nice location on the lake.

Positive: The hotel is new, well organized, in an excellent location near the lake and it is obvious that it is intended for local tourism. The pool, the jacuzzi, the sauna and the surroundings are excellent and you can enjoy yourself there
Negative: The room are small and part of the staff does not know a word in English. the breakfast is very simple and it is obvious that no thougpht has been put into it to improve or make it more attractive. In our room the air conditioner did not work on hot days and it took a lot of persuasion until they agreed to change our room even though there were rooms. The price is a bit high for the value

Positive: Nice pool/sauna zone. Clean room. Nice bar/restaurant. A bit overpriced, but we had a stay on Polish holiday, so it depends on it. Food and drinks were ok.
Negative: A bit noisy outside from campers outside.

Positive: Nice location, really nice and cosy kids' play room and comfortable rooms.
Negative: the bar and restaurant area was only open till 10pm even though there is a high season. It was not possible to buy anything after this hour. Breakfast was rather poor - scrambled eggs were too salty, choice of products was not too wide. Swimming pool area was satisfactory although the kids pool was rather too small. We had a space reserved for the boat however when we swam over, the space was taken by someone else as the Bosman gave it away so we had to squeeze into a different area, which was already fully booked and packed.
